Kenya Airways (KQ) and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts have signed a joint market strategy to promote
each other.
In the agreement the two companies will work to position the national airline as the preferred carrier to Kenya and Fairmont as the accommodation of choice for those visiting the country.
The two are working towards ensuring their products meet the highest standards.
“We are combining our resources to focus on areas of synergy where our products and services are distributed as a complete package that targets to satisfy the needs of business and premium leisure travelers,” said KQ chief commercial officer Vincent Coste.
Fairmont owns three high end hotel chains in Kenya: The Norfolk, Mount Kenya Safari Club and Mara Safari Club.
